Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai: Ayase if (俺の妹がこんなに可愛いわけがない あやせif) was the manga series adaptation of Ayase if. The manga series began its serialization in ComicWalker, Kadokawa's web comic platform from 2020 to 2023, with illustration by Keiji Watarai (渡会けいじ).
The first printed volume is published in March, 2021. The third and the last volume is published in March, 2023.

- Ayase Aragaki (新垣 あやせ, Aragaki Ayase) - Kirino's friend in school and a fellow part-time model. She does not approve of Kirino's hobby, but inside her heart, she feels unsafe about her friendship between Kousaka, thus usually consulting with Kyousuke, Kirino's brother.
- Kyousuke Kousaka (高坂 京介, Kousaka Kyousuke) - a third year student of Chiba Benten High School and a seemingly "normal" guy who ends up entering the world of an otaku because of his younger sister.
- Kirino Kousaka (高坂 桐乃, Kousaka Kirino) - a first year high school student who is an overachiever in both academics and sports and works as a part-time model in between. Unknown to many, she is an avid fan of eroge that features romantic relationships between siblings and she was the one responsible for his older brother Kyousuke's exposure to otaku culture.
